Magnesium Plus

Justification Contains highest amount of elemental Magnesium in than other products.

Contained in three different forms (chloride, oxide, and amino acid chelate).

Contains synergist B6.

Contains less magnesium than Machlor but in more transportable forms (i.e. orotate and aspartate).

Contains synergist B6.

Similar make up to MAG-ORO tablets.
Prescription Range

RDI for Magnesium is 400mg.

Recommended dosage contains 309mg – 618mg (one or two tablets/day). Recommended dosage contains 320mg (2 tablets twice daily). In a form that has greater bioavailability than the Machlor tablets. Recommended dosage contains only 73.6mg. (One tablet per day).
Contraindications Never use in renal disease

>15gm/day considered toxic

Practical Considerations 100 tablets in pack should last 50 to 100 days. 60 and 120 tablet packs available – should last ½ to one month.
