Over-the-Counter Hilton Lifestream - Vitamin A Capsules 2,500IU
Justification Other over the counter products appeared to contain higher amounts of Vitamin A (4000-5000IU!) Seemed dangerous for OTC products!

Liked other Hilton Lifestyle product which was pure Halibut liver oil contained 4000IU (good for therapeutic doses) with Vitamin D. I prefer this to the practitioner products.
