Conditions Used For Essential for almost every bodily function especially metabolism of foods and energy production.
Synergists Practically all B vitamins act synergistically with each other.

Justification Comes as part of a well balanced vitamin/mineral supplement. With significant quantities of each B vitamin and many co-factors /synergists. Similar range of constituents as Tresos but generally in lower amounts. Complete range of constituents but in significantly lower dosage to the other two. However, the constituents remain in proportion with each other.

Also can take a number of tablets throughout the day due to lower toxic risk which spreads intake over day.

Prescription Range All B vitamins are well above RDI and range from healthy to supernutrition levels.

Recommended dose 1 tablet daily with meal.

As per Tresos*B.

Recommended dose one tablet daily.

Single tablet is above RDI but not in supernutrition range.

Recommended dose one or two tablets three times a day after meals. This will put dose range into healthy and supernutrition range.

Lowered allergenics thus lower risk of reaction.

Practical Considerations Available in 50 & 150 tablets May cause slight nausea due to B3. 90 tablets per bottle.

Have to take more throughout the day rather than just one. Could present problems with compliance.

Contains b-carotene not Vitamin A thus lowered toxicity risk.

Contraindications Must limit intake because of Vitamin A content at 2500iu. Hypersensitivity to any ingredient.

Recommended start with ˝ a tablet.

Should be taken separately to prescribed medications.

Caution: Vitamin A at 2500iu

Justification They have given thought to the ratios of B vitamins, other OTC products appear to use equal amounts of all Bs.

Contains all B vitamins in proportion including Biotin, Choline, Inositol, herbs, and some minerals.
