What are the GST regulations gonna say about my qualifications?

Remember that thing called the GST? Do you remember how naturopaths are GST exempt? Do you realise that as yet regulations have not been drawn up to say what qualifications will be recognised to make one a "true (and GST exemption worthy) naturopath".

I am wondering what judgments these regulations will pass on my qualifications? Who among us will we be anointed as "true naturopaths" free of the GST and able to bask in the light of pseudo-credibility? 

Will a hierarchy arise among us? A hierarchy where those of us who studied at the wrong place at the wrong time are doomed to be forever scorned by those whom we thought were our own kind: spurned forever as the out-and-out quacks of alternative medicine?

I don't think anybody knows yet - but let's keep a weather eye out for the winds of change!
