Applications As an eyebath for conjunctivitis and other superficial eye inflammations (Mills),(Hoffmann)

As a mouthwash and gargle for inflammations of the mouth and throat (Mills)

Systemically for watery catarrhal conditions of nose, sinus and middle ear (Mills)
